South has received a tip straight from the gossip queen herself: Lady Whistledown has declared the tea service at Mansion on Forsyth Park to be the most exquisite rendezvous in the city. As one of the hotel’s newest offerings, high tea service will surely be the talk of the town.

You are cordially invited to high tea at Mansion on Forsyth Park, Friday-Sunday 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the marble garden courtyard or Bösendorfer Lounge. This is no ordinary tea; indulge in an affair fit for a queen, outfitted with the most elegant serveware, dinnerware and silverware. Enjoy a luxurious spread of light bites, from sandwiches to scones, and cakes to macaroons. Choose from over 12 teas from chamomile to chai. Look out over the serene boutique pool from a throne or own the room in the sultry lounge.

Reservations are required and can be made via OpenTable. Tea runs at $49 per person and includes the teas, sandwiches, scones and cake. Guests can decide between indoor or al fresco.
