After several years of being held in Hilton Head, the 25th Annual Southern Coast Heart Ball returned to downtown Savannah. Chaired by Ricky Molina, the event included dinner, dancing, silent and live auctions.

On Thursday Jan. 20, 2022 at The Mansion on Forsyth Park, The Mansion's award-winning 700 Kitchen Cooking School partnered with the SD Gunner Fund, a local nonprofit organization that assists military families with the financial expense of training and owning service/therapy animals, to host a special private cooking class for SD Gunner Fund program recipients and their caregivers.

Governor Kemp addressed solutions the Georgia Ports are implementing to mitigate supply chain challenges facing the nation alongside Georgia Ports Authority leadership, local city and county leaders, and private sector partners.
