Entrepreneurial Inspiration

I began my career at Clayton Digital 22 years ago. Watching John Clayton grow the business from two employees and one location to multiple locations and employees inspired me to want to be a more integral part of the business. I’ve watched the relationships be nurtured over the years, and created many friendships and partnerships that make me excited about pursuing an ownership role.

Career Highlight

Acquiring printing and online plan-room contracts with the City of Savannah and Chatham County has been a highlight. These contracts have helped us partner with many companies in our industry and allowed us to be a part of training sessions that show our customers how to make the bidding process easier. I believe my biggest highlight is still yet to come!

Biggest Challenge

I consider our biggest challenge to be how technology has shaped our industry. Our mission has always been to meet this challenge head-on by adopting the latest technologies that make our customers’ work easier.

Be a smile in someone’s day and help create a positive energy.

Best advice

Do your homework. For me, this means knowing our customers, and taking the time to understand their businesses and needs. This might mean additional research on a product, additional correspondence to get the best image, or just helping their creative thoughts come to life.

Secret to Success

Treat your customer the way you would want to be treated. Understand your customers’ businesses and needs, so you can provide them with the best possible service. Enjoy what you do, have fun with your team and be grateful for the partnerships you make with your customers.
