Stone & Webster Chophouse to Host St. Supéry Wine Dinner

 Stone & Webster Chophouse at Plant Riverside District will host a five-course wine dinner showcasing St. Supéry Estate Vineyards and Winery’s estate-grown, certified Napa Green wines combining French Château tradition with Napa Valley legendary terroir. This exclusive event will feature wine pairings with chef-prepared items including Scallop Crudo, Charred Mackerel with eggplant and kumquat, Duck with rhubarb and parsnip, Buffalo with king crab and charred broccoli and Strawberry-Lemon Crème Brulee.

The event will take place on Thursday, June 10, 2021 at 6:30 p.m.
