The evening began with Susan Mason’s lowcountry appetizer of Fried Oysters with a tangy tarragon tartar sauce. Owners of Johnny Harris Restaurant, Julie and B.J. Lowenthal brought this 90-year old eateries famous Batterless Deep-Fried Turkey along with their personal favorite Mac & Cheese Casserole. Other entrées and side dishes that graced the table, included several options from the Savannah Bee Company, The Lady and Sons restaurant, Thrive Café and Smoke Station Barbeque.
