Representing all branches of the U.S. military, these local wounded warriors learned some new skills and gain confidence in the kitchen under the guidance of Chef Jason Winn.
The SD Gunner Fund supports military families, first responders and children with disabilities by training and supporting service dogs, and providing advocacy as well as education. To date, the organization has helped 106,000 children through animal-assisted therapy, provided more than 50,000 hours of training for service dogs and served more than 450 military and special-needs family members.
