The Alida

South’s spot for modern life with the timeless charm of Savannah’s revitalized riverfront and new entertainment district.

Savannah’s hotel options are many, but The Alida is a special spot that combines Southern charm with creativity and contemporary design. Named for a self-made female entrepreneur, The Alida honors her innovative attitude by hosting guests with an eye for Savannah’s history with a modern flair. No two spaces are alike in the hotel, each room telling a story through its creative decor, lovely views and historic touches.

Visitors can take advantage of borrowing hotel bikes to cruise around the historic district, and the hotel is also pet friendly, offering doggie bowls and complimentary Woof Gang Bakery treats for furry friends.

If (the humans) get hungry, Rhett offers a place to experience those classic dishes that make Southern food so comforting and delicious, each influenced by the particular local ingredients native to coastal life.

Stop by the Trade Room — the only whiskey bar in town with over 60 different bottles of whiskey — before heading to the roof to take in the expansive views of River Street and the Savannah River from the hotel’s iconic rooftop bar, The Lost Square.
