Smith Brothers Grand Opening
The long-awaited, grand re-opening of one of Savannah's oldest traditions was greeting with a packed house at the Smith Brothers Butcher Shop event on May 28th. Familiar faces and old friends gathered together with a generation of new customers to celebrate the latest iteration of the store at its present location on East Liberty Street and were eager to taste the delicious samples of the the quality meats and provisions that the gourmet marketplace is best known to provide. Smith Brothers originally opened its doors in Savannah's City Market and later relocated to Skidaway Island before returning to its roots in the downtown Historic District.
