Perhaps one of the most influential Southern women in the country, Paula's Lady and Sons on Congress Street in Historic Downtown Savannah is by far one of the most acclaimed restaurants around. Although it hasn't always been smooth sailing for Paula, she and her sons are not pulling any punches going into the future.
