Faces of the South Gala of the Decade Part II
On July 24, 2020 at 7 p.m., South magazine and Plant Riverside District featured the Faces of the South Gala of the Decade as Richard Kessler unveiled his greatest accomplishment to date, the Plant Riverside District, to a guest list that read like a who’s who of Savannah’s movers and shakers. The release party for South magazine’s Faces of the South: The Trilogy Edition was a long time coming as the party was scheduled in March 2020. With safety and social distancing measures in place, guests enjoyed the sweet sounds of the Equinox Orchestra, dined on a sampler platter of Savannah’s finest food and drink and marveled at the excitement of watching Savannah’s hottest new entertainment district come to life. Southern Eagle setup an amazing Rooftop bar featured Wicked Weed and treated the guests to an assortment of drinks and entertainment. Mark Tate stepped up as a Platinum Sponsor and his wife Natalie Hendrix was on the red carpet to interview guest as she represented Tate Global Media. Seabolt Real Estate and Light House Realty were the featured Gold Sponsors. Ghost Coast Distillery, Equinox Orchestra, and Free Spririts Orchestra provided more drinks and entertainment. John Davis Florist displayed an array of beautiful floral arrangments throughout the amzaing hotel. Security Associates of Georgia was on hand to insure temperature checks were taken at the entrance and provided additional security. Clayton Reprographics displayed the beautiful poster displays while Kennickel printing featured the backdrop. "It was an incredible event that happened because some of the top businesses in this region pulled together to make this event unforgettable" publisher, Michael Brooks said.
