Wobble Your Way into Thanksgiving
Fall has finally come to Savannah and Thanksgiving is right around the corner. Before you have your fill of turkey and pie, get ready to wobble your way through the spectacular streets of downtown Savannah. Kick off the fall festivities with the “The Gobble Wobble” bar crawl on Saturday, November 17th from 4 to 11 P.M.
Come register at Stafford's Public House and pick up your score card, then you can begin enjoying free bar covers, drink specials, and more goodies! Among the participating bars are PS Tavern, Bay Street Blue's, Barrelhouse South, Wild Wing Cafe, Pour Larry's, Tree House, Boomys, Congress Street Social Club, and 309 West on the River. It all ends at Savannah Smiles for an after party from 6 – 11 pm.
If you are one of the first 250 people to visit all of the participating bars and complete your score card, AKA the "Thirsty Turkey," you can pick up an official "The Gobble Wobble" t-shirt at Savannah Smiles.
The best part about "The Gobble Wobble" that truly embodies the meaning of Thanksgiving is that a portion of the crawl is benefiting the Second Harvest Food Bank of the Coastal Empire. For food donations, please bring canned goods to Stafford's Public House on November 17th.
