Powell grew up in Savannah, but after attending the University of Georgia and graduating with a degree in political science, worked at the state capitol in Atlanta. However, love of family and, what she refers to as “the relaxed pace that Savannah offers,” drew her back to her hometown. “Spending three hours a day in Atlanta traffic wasn’t what I envisioned for my life and I desperately missed the charm of Savannah,” said Powell.  

After returning to the Lowcountry’s center, Powell’s passion blossomed into a very successful business, earning the Southern-Charmed real estate professional her place as one of Savannah’s premier realtors, as well as entry into the Distinguished Sales Society and the designation of being a Keller Williams Luxury Agent.

Powell is dedicated to taking the stress out of real estate for her clients and making sure that they have an enjoyable and pleasant encounter, from beginning to end. She has the depth of experience to assist any client, whether they are selling, buying, or investing, and is dedicated to providing the luxury experience, no matter the price point.  

Whether selling a luxury home in downtown Savannah, a second home in the Ford Field & River Club, or buying a vacation rental property on Tybee Island, Brooke guides her clients through the entire process, negotiating on their behalf, and looking out for their best interests. “I’m also a firm believer that agent relationships are immeasurably beneficial to my clients. Quite often, my clients win in multiple-offer situations because the agent on the other side knows I am pleasant to work with and that I know how to get a deal to the closing table,” said Powell.

And with her unique background in politics, Powell has the ability to fiercely negotiate on her client’s behalf, gather and analyze data, and then apply that data towards an effective and purposeful marketing strategy.
