The New and Not-So-Ordinary Restaurant Coming to Broughton
Growing from the success of the Ordinary Pub, the Broughton Common brings a new flair to their revitalized gastro pub experience
Expanding on the incredible legacy of the Ordinary Pub, the Broughton Common is reimagining what it means to be a gastro pub in Savannah, creating a menu that — while similar in style to the Ordinary Pub — is new and innovative. Executive Chef Justin Grizzard is focusing his entire attention on the Broughton Common, leaving the Ordinary Pub in the hands of his former sous chef, now executive chef, Sean Freeman. Eamon Gardner is working as sous chef alongside Chef Grizz at the Broughton Common, and Jason Allmond from 45 Bistro is taking over as the bar manager.

The building occupies a prime location on Broughton Street’s east side — 118 E. Broughton to be exact — and used to be an old theater, even retaining the original mezzanine. “We’ve got windows on this building, which we’re not used to at the Ordinary Pub,” says owner Mike Vaudrin.
The Broughton Common will open sometime in August or September, and will be offering brunch seven days a week, as well as $12 bottomless mimosas. broughtoncommon.com
