The Collins Quarter

The Collins Quarter is the perfect dining destination for the travel and adventure enthusiast. Chefs Nick McNevin and Hank Phillips have introduced well-traveled, world classics to Savannah's food scene that otherwise may have never had the opportunity to grace our Southern pallets. Their newly themed Sunday Funday and Motown Monday have been deemed "experimental kitchen" nights by the chefs. Guests are encouraged to suggest the dish of their dreams for the chefs to try and tackle. They are also taking Tuesday off to tackle some new experiments of their own.
