With the real estate market fueled by high demand, everybody has had to get creative and learn a new way to navigate offers and negotiations. The Sheila Doney Team isn’t afraid of the challenge.

Born and raised in the Lowcountry, the team has three decades of collective experience in helping people find the perfect home. They remain heavily involved in the community, with Doney herself serving on a number of committees including The Savannah Board of Realtors and The Savannah Home Builders Association.

“We all do the same thing,” Doney said. “But it’s getting you to the closing table and finding solutions in negotiations that sets us apart.”

Single-digit interest rates make this a great time to buy — as many who have been relocating to coastal Georgia could tell you. But limited inventory can make the life-affecting decision of what home to buy more stressful. Weekly and sometimes daily shifts in the market make it even more important to have the support of a team that prioritizes communication with their clients.

“I pride myself on getting back to people and getting them the information they need in a timely manner,” Doney said. “We’re on your side.”
