Savannah Spirits Chop House

A simple, yet elegant dining experience in a classic 1920s Savannah atmosphere.

With more than 30 years of cuisine experience and a great deal of local experience, Chef Peter Schott brings a tremendous culinary expertise and versatility to the kitchen at Savannah Spirits. Savannah Spirits Chop House takes Savannah classics and enters them into the new millennium. With steaks and seafood, and of course classic Southern sides such as fresh cream corn and smoked okra tomatoes, the restaurant prides itself in being basically a farm to table restaurant where everything is made from scratch. Located in what was originally four historic structures completed between 1860-1870, Savannah Spirits occupies more than 11,000 square feet of classic Savannah history. The building’s brick exposure and lumber that was reclaimed during the renovation process lends itself to the 1920s simple, yet elegant décor.
