Rhett, the signature restaurant located at the intersection of Savannah’s bustling Riverfront and the entertainment district, today announced nearly 30 new menu items inspired by the low country. Created and concepted by Makeready, an experience-based hospitality and restaurant operator, Rhett offers brand-new dishes on the brunch, dinner and dessert menus specially developed by Rhett’s Executive Chef Alex Bollinger.

“Rhett has been a consistent favorite among locals and out-of-town guests, so we are excited to introduce the new spring menu, which showcases the best of Savannah’s local and seasonal ingredients. Chef Alex really wanted to highlight tastes of the low country ranging from seafood dishes to refreshing salads and desserts and in turn has crafted a menu that’s both familiar yet innovative,” says Charles Olalia, Corporate Culinary Director, at Makeready.

Chef Bollinger skillfully created Rhett’s revamped menu that consists of new items alongside local favorites like the Cheddar Drop Biscuits and Rhett Burger. Some highlights on the brunch menu include Bananas Fosters French Toast with banana rum caramel, Softshell Po’boy with comeback sauce and Crab Louis Salad with Mary Rose dressing.
