Plant Riverside District is hosting a repertoire of “Shamrocks and Shenanigans” from March 12-17 to celebrate Savannah’s favorite holiday. Turn the riverwalk green on Friday, March 12 with an entertainment-packed evening of opening festivities!

Savannah’s St. Patrick’s Day celebrations begin this Friday, March 12 at Plant Riverside District. The hospitality and entertainment hub will host a stacked lineup of Irish musicians, dancers and performers beginning at 4 p.m. at the Plant Riverside Pavilions with Laiken Love and the Fellowship of Love. Other acts include Rob Taylor (accordion player), Irish Pipes and Drums Band, Western Boy, Savannah Cirque, and music form Riverdance and the Savannah Children’s Choir. Opening festivities conclude at 10:15 p.m. The highlights include a lighting ceremony and pictures with “Lucky the Leprechaun.” Come out and embrace the spirit of St. Patrick’s Day with a host of outdoor fun all over Plant Riverside.
