Over the Edge Liquid Courage Party
A brave gathering of "Edgers" joined together in Johnson Square on October 29th to gain some "Liquid Courage" and prepare for the annual Over the Edge competition on October 30th, that raises money and awareness for the Boy Scouts of America Coastal Georgia Council. This unique challenge offers more than sixty courageous contestants a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to rappel down the side of the Manger Building in Savannah's Historic District and each of the participants were tasked with raising or donating a minimum amount of money to go towards the charity. Guests at the Liquid Courage party were encouraged to dress in costume for a chance to win prizes and were treated to live music, refreshments as they geared up for the big day on Friday.
