In its 11th year, this local cinematic celebration is inspired by and modeled after the Telluride Mountainfilm Festival, a documentary film festival with a primarily non-fiction focus, elevating environmental, social, political, and cultural issues of importance. Held in Savannah’s Trustees Theater, “On Tour” works in partnership with Mountainfilm Telluride, embracing the same mission to “use the power of film to educate and inspire audiences to create a better world.” Tickets are available now for their full roster of Featured Films, Matinees, and Saturday Night Shorts, which can be trailered on the Mountainfilm Savannah website.
