The firm has a total of nine attorneys and six highly skilled paralegals and legal assistants.
The firm’s founding members, Paul Meyer and Tom Sayers, have over 40 years of combined experience representing families and family businesses. For almost a decade, both Paul and Tom have been rated as “AV” preeminent attorneys, the Highest Rating in Legal Ability & Ethical Standards by Martindale Hubbell. Paul is an Industrial Engineer from Georgia Tech and graduated cum laude and salutatorian from the Mercer University School of Law where he was the Managing Editor of the Law Review. Tom graduated from Indiana University and Cum Laude from the University of Georgia School of Law. Tom is also a CPA, giving him the ability to bridge the gap between the legal and tax worlds for the firm’s business clients.
Both Paul and Tom are routinely chosen by their peers in various publications as leading attorneys in their fields, and each attend the nation’s top seminars on estate planning, taxation and business succession planning.
