Learn to Hunt

The number of people who are learning to hunt for their own food is on the rise. Many nine-to-fivers need to slow down and get back to some basic human activities and there is no more primitive instinct than hunting!

Charlie Elliott Wildlife Center Hunt and Learn Programs offer hunters the opportunity to be educated on the ins and outs of all things hunting. Whether you’re a first time hunter or you’re merely looking for a refresher, hunting safety courses are a necessity when it comes to getting your hunting license in Georgia. And if you become an expert hunter you might be able to hunt with a Rolling Stone at Chuck Leavell’s Charlane Plantation and hunting lodge just outside of Macon. Just make sure you get that license first.
