Hospice Savannah Hawaiian Luau Fundraiser
Local professionals and Savannah neighbors gathered together on the rooftop of a private Bay Street Penthouse on August 11, 2015 for a Hawaiian-style fundraiser to benefit Hospice Savannah, hosted by Families First , WJCL News and Savannah VIP Events. Guests arrived to the event to receive their Lei and were escorted to the residence on the top floor where they enjoyed passed appetizers and plated offerings from the Chefs and Students at Virginia College, before being entertained by Kayley and Kimberly Jacobs, exotic Hula dancers from Marylin Youman's School of Dance. Door prizes were awarded to participants and included gifts from such favorites as Marche de Macaroons and Daufuskie Island Rum Company with a grand finale performance on the piano by Benjamin Warsaw, MD, from Armstrong Atlantic University.
