Ghost Coast serves their specialty cocktail at the Faces of the South Gala of the Decade

Ghost Coast came to the Faces of the South Gala of the Decade in full force, bringing the perfect tool from their arsenal of specialty liquors. This recipe uses their signature Honey-Flavored Whiskey, made from a unique blend of honey exclusively from the Savannah Bee Company. This cocktail, as many gala-goers learned, is the perfect way to wet your whistle — and it's remarkably simple.

Show No Shade

1.5 oz blueberry-infused Ghost Coast Honey Whiskey (infusion recipe below)

1/2 oz vanilla simple syrup

3/4 oz lemon juice

Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Strain over ice and garnish with a lemon wedge and fresh mint.

How to make Blueberry-infused Ghost Coast Honey Whiskey:

Muddle one pint of fresh blueberries and add to one 750mL bottle Ghost Coast Honey Whiskey. Let the infusion sit in the refrigerator for 3 days. Strain the blueberries, removing from the whiskey. (It is very important to muddle the blueberries for optimal flavor)
