Electric Moon Continues Monthly “Mix It Up at the Moon” Mixology Classes on Feb. 15

Electric Moon at Plant Riverside District will continue its monthly Mix It Up at the Moon mixology series on February 15, with a special focus on making cocktails with Absolut vodka.
Plant Riverside District’s Electric Moon Skytop Lounge offers monthly interactive mixology classes as part of the monthly Mix It Up at the Moon series. Featuring master mixologists and brand ambassadors from around the globe, Mix It Up at the Moon showcases a rotating series of experts throughout the year. At each event, guests learn how to make two signature cocktails as well as signature dishes from the culinary team at Electric Moon.
The next Mix It Up at the Moon class will offer the opportunity to mix cocktails crafted with Absolut Vodka with Stephanie L. Dietrich. A native of Savannah, Dietrich has spent four years working with Pernod RICARD representing a portfolio of brands including Absolut, Jameson, Malibu, The Glenlivet and many others
Absolut Vodka is bottled and distilled in Ahus, Sweden at a carbon-neutral distillery. Water sourced from an alpine river running through the town and local, family-owned farms supply the winter wheat that gives Absolut Vodka its light, sweet taste.
