WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT PRACTICING MEDICINE?

Dr. Susan Timna: Our practice is unique. From the very first phone call to the Doctor of Audiology fitting the device, the goal is the same; to have a happy and hearing patient.

Dr. Cori Palmer: Our approach to care is to treat each patient as if they are a member of our own family. We create a hearing healthcare treatment plan for each patient based on their individual needs and concerns. We understand the frustration that comes with hearing loss, and we will do everything in our power to improve the hearing of our patients.

DEFINING MOMENTS

Dr. ST: There are just some days that you remember why you started in this profession. I remember having a patient brought in by her family that had a terminal illness who had lost most of her hearing. As the pandemic isolated all of us, her hearing loss was isolating her from her family, and she would go days without communicating. From the moment we put the devices on her, she could hear and started to cry. She could now enjoy her family again.
