District Live at Plant Riverside District will host a special live performance by Hotter Than July, a high-energy Stevie Wonder Tribute Band featuring vocalist and musician Gerry Williams, on June 29.

District Live, a state-of-the-art live music venue at Plant Riverside District will host a special live performance by Hotter than July, an acclaimed Stevie Wonder tribute band.

Hotter Than July is a high-energy, soulful group of talented, experienced musicians celebrating the legacy of one of the most incredible recording artists of all time. Led by talented vocalist, percussionist and keyboard player Gerry Williams, Hotter Than July performs Stevie Wonder’s greatest hits, from “Sign Sealed Delivered” to “I Wish,” and is backed by a sizzling rhythm and horns section.

Stevie Wonder is portrayed by Gerry Williams, an industry veteran vocal coach with a background in artist development that garnered him the reputation as the “boy band guy” since the onset of the pop groups that emerged in the mid ‘90s. His vocal students include GRAMMY Award-winner Mandy Moore, Jordan Knight (New Kids on the Block), Jeff Timmons (98 Degrees) and Chris Kirkpatrick (N’Sync). Williams has also been a featured vocal coach on reality TV shows including “Mission Man Band” and “Big in America” and has produced and written songs for popular artists including Jordan Knight and C’Note.
