Saturated in historic charm and patina, The Common comes to life in this 140-year-old national historic building in the heart of downtown Savannah. The Common also offers private event space: The Room, a 140-year-old open loft-like space on the top floor. Accommodating groups of 15-60 guests, The Room creates a charming backdrop for private parties that can be paired with a wine program that boasts over 450 district bottles and a “2 Glass Best of Award of Excellence” from Wine Spectator.
