We invited our Club South power professionals to a Chef’s Table Dinner at Rocks on the River, the Bohemian Hotel’s chic riverside restaurant, for an evening of networking and luxurious power dining. The intimate atmosphere of the private dining room­—which can be closed off from the lively dining area and seats up to 24—made for easy conversation amongst the group. A delicious five-course meal, prepared by Executive Chef Eric Backer, showed off his farm-to-table culinary prowess.
