ClubSouth – At the Whitman Mansion
A who's who of Savannah's Best and Brightest came out to attend the South Magazine CLUBSOUTH Event on Wednesday March 26th hosted at The Whitman Mansion on Forsyth Park. CLUBSOUTH is the newest extension of South Magazine's pulsating grip on Savannah's Social Scene, where each Unique Events is designed to showcase Savannah's Premier Local Culture.
A few of the Whitman's Local Neighbors walked over to take a peek at the Historic Mansion & Grounds, including local TV Celebrity, Jesse Blanco, from Eat it and Like It, who revealed he had a few surprises to come at the upcoming 2nd Annual Foodie Awards on May 27th. David Minkovitz, from Cora Bett Thomas Realty stopped by to try some of the wonderful samplings from Whitman Executive Chef, Bob Vardzel and the Judge Realty Team appeared fashionably late to check out the CLUBSOUTH late happenings. The Conner Law Group brought their team and enjoyed a few laughs with Parvaneh Miller and Katie Gainey from the Andaz Savannah while getting their Portrait Photos taken with the stunning Garden Backdrop.
Whitman Owner, Steve Buckner was available during the evening to offer the CLUBSOUTH Guests an exclusive opportunity to tour of the nearly 5,000 square feet of sumptuous interiors, including a full gourmet kitchen, elegant reception rooms and a third floor gentleman’s room with billiard table. Many of the night's attendees had never seen the Mansion and grounds and were delighted to have their own private tour.
For special events, the Whitman Mansion and grounds can accommodate up to 100 guests and their Award-Winning Executive Chef and team will help to make any occasion extraordinary.
