Buy Local Savannah Lunch Rule Joyner
Members of the local business community gathered at The Pirate's House Restaurant on September 21 to attend the monthly Buy Local Savannah luncheon. September's guest speaker was Rule Joyner, owner of 24e Furniture Store, who discussed the challenges and success he's faced in the last fifteen years at his Broughton Street location. Joyner emphasized the need for local businesses to get involved in the community and fight for their rights on future issues that could adversely affect their bottom line. The next Buy Local lunch will be hosted on October 27 featuring Tiffani Taylor, owner of the Tiffani Taylor Gallery and founder of the Savannah Art Walk
