Allow Bryan and Janet Roussell to invite you in to their expertly cultivated Victorian style Bed & Breakfast, right in the heart of historic Savannah.

The stately home, built in 1888, was lovingly restored by the Roussells after they purchased it in 2005, preserving as much of the original beauty as possible for guests to experience the feel of living in a historic home in a gentler time.

Many of the Queen Anne architecture windows still contain the original handmade glass, and a mixture of period furnishings and modern luxuries work together to create beauty and warmth. Many features of this Victorian treasure were built as much for function as for beauty, such as the generous wooden moldings that line the walls and the floor. Guests are even welcomed to Roussell’s Garden by an intricate iron fence, which once graced a Savannah Catholic cemetery.

The house is not the only thing of beauty for guests to explore, however. A walk through the immaculate gardens at Roussell’s is a treat for the senses also. Savannah enjoys a mild climate and many southern favorites thrive here. Amongst the original brick patio, guests can admire towering oleanders and magnolia trees and inhale the incredible bouquet of Confederate Jasmine and wisteria vines.
