Ruth's Chris Steak House
Ruth's Chris Steak House
Classic cuts from an award-winning restaurant.
Ruth’s Chris Steak House continues a legacy of hospitality and culinary excellence from its historic Bay Street location, a building that celebrates its centennial anniversary this year and used to be the former headquarters of the Savannah Morning News. Franchise owners Jeff and Paula Conway have cultivated a sophisticated atmosphere, providing their guests with an unforgettable experience either in the dining room or one of four private rooms — including an incredible glass-enclosed wine cellar. Ruth’s Chris is one of only two restaurants in the city to earn the Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence, and they routinely host wine dinners, exclusive events featuring one of their spotlighted vineyards such as Veuve Clicquot champagne or Miner wines. They offer a curated menu with an incredible selection of steak choices, but it’s their specialty cuts — like their 40-ounce tomahawk ribeye made with USDA Prime beef and cut tableside — that truly steal the show.
