One of their staple dishes is a fascinating take on fried green tomatoes — which they top with pork belly glazed in citrus honey, pimento cheese and charred jalapeño ranch. In addition to their new menu, Rocks on the River also launched a brand new dessert selection, featuring a watermelon and lime sorbet sprinkled with salted caramel praline. It’s all served amid a chic setting of curated artwork and aged-wood accents.
