Change needs guidance.
Regions knows that change brings challenges, but no challenge is too difficult for them.
Anytime a major transition occurs in life—buying a house, getting married, starting a new business venture, even updating an old hairstyle –a certain amount of change is inevitable. There’s a little bit of give, and a little bit of take. So it’s good to know that one thing you can always rely on is the quality of service and customer experience you’ll receive at Regions Insurance.
“Keeping a personal touch with our clients is not difficult. We work one-on-one with each of them to make sure we have the very best program in place based upon the needs they have,” says Courtney Marie Fowler, vice president of personal lines at the Regions Insurance of Savannah. “More often than not, we have to get creative with coverage and options due to the nature of the market in our coastal community.”

Fowler and her fellow staff at Stevens Hale & Associates experienced a transition of their own in 2016, when the company became the third Georgia location within the Regions Insurance family. By merging the unique assets each firm brought to bear, Fowler says they’ve been able to tap into new markets and expand an already-diverse selection of products for both personal and commercial clients. But most importantly, Regions Insurance is providing their clients—both new and old—with modern resources they need to protect their families and property.
“Keeping up technologically, and maintaining product and market capabilities, are the keys to moving forward and growing our presence in the region,” she says. “It is all part of our long-standing commitment to meeting our clients’ needs and providing personal service that exceeds their expectations.”
