The customer shares the flight number and the approximate arrival time, and the Marisole crew monitors the schedule and adjusts the delivery window in the event of a flight delay, at no additional cost, with a minimum of 2 hours’ notice. The team contacts the recipient before delivery to confirm the arrival, departure, or a specific terminal. Customers receive real-time SMS tracking and a photo confirmation of the flower delivery.
