Good Times Jazz Bar & Restaurant

Incredible jazz music served alongside classic Southern cuisine

Savannah has always maintained an abundance of good food, good wine and good music. Good Times Jazz Bar & Restaurant is the culmination of these three essential elements — providing excellent Southern cuisine alongside some of the most talented jazz musicians of the Lowcountry. As a husband and wife team, Danielle and Stephen T. Moore opened Good Times in 2017 with a passion for live jazz music and honest Southern fare. Chef Joe Randall, executive chef and restaurant consultant, works tirelessly to create Southern dishes with local ingredients, in particular their incredible Creole seafood gumbo. Additionally, local trombonist Teddy Adams, who founded the Coastal Jazz Association alongside Ben Tucker, works with Chef Randall to find talented bands to play six nights a week — as well as on Sunday for the only live-music gospel brunch offered in the city. Good Times has a full-service dining room upstairs and a jazz lounge downstairs, creating a laid-back atmosphere for the cultured and sophisticated Savannah native.
