Recently opened in February 2020, Ryan Graveface’s namesake collection of oddities has been deemed by visitors as “not for the faint of heart.” Located on the mysterious “dark side of River Street” on Factors Walk, the museum features curated themed rooms including UFO and extraterrestrial documents, taxidermy displays, and a true crime room – where visitors can observe Charles Manson’s sweatpants, Jim Jones’ sunglasses and original, unopened Flavor Aid packets, and the world’s largest collection of paintings by John Wayne Gacy. The museum pays homage to roadside America and features works by Homer Tate, “King of Gaffe,” who worked to bring the bizarre and freakish to any monotonous drive.
