Old South Golf Links

Stretched alongside the intracoastal waterway in nearby Bluffton, South Carolina, this Clyde Johnston-designed course is a favorite for both beginners and card-carrying pros.

Six of the Old South Golf Link’s 18 holes are peppered among the salt marshes, where players might have a "gallery" of local wildlife including alligators, bald eagles, deer and a range of other Lowcountry fauna.

Rolling Scottish terrain wanders through live oaks, pine forest, and lagoons giving golfers variety and challenge to their round. This golf experience affords lush fairways, three island greens during high tide, and beautiful conditions all year—Lowcountry golf at its finest.

Located one mile before the bridge to Hilton Head Island, Old South Golf Links is an overwhelming favorite among traveling golfers and with six sets of tees and 18 unique golf holes, there is something for everyone.

Named one of the “Top 10 New Courses” by Golf Digest and "Golf Course of the Year," by the Lowcountry Golf Course Owner Association in 2011, Old South Golf Links has its share of esteemed accolades that regularly require a private membership. Before sustainability was a buzz-word, Old South Golf Links is one of the very few courses in the country that’s GEO-certified for its conservation practices, preserving its pristine surroundings.

Open for Public and ideal for golf vacation play Old South Golf Links features a driving range, practice green, award-winning golf shop, PGA Professionals available for instruction and full-service dining for breakfast and lunch. Proper dress required.
