It’s a question of privacy vs. safety. Should the government be allowed a backdoor into the San Bernadino attacker’s phone? Sure it might unlock secrets and give them information about the whereabouts of other terrorists, but at what cost? Apple CEO Tim Cook believes giving the government a key to this phone will open everyone’s phone to the prospect of hacking. A pandora’s box if you will. Do you believe Apple should comply with the FBI and create a software to hack into Saeed Farooq’s phone? Or do you think allowing access will create a precedence for misuse by the government? Or maybe you just value your privacy and don’t want apple to create anything that might get into the wrong hands.
