Your shoulders are complex joints and they work very hard to support you through your vinyasa yoga practice. In this workshop we will examine common shoulder injuries and learn how to keep our shoulders strong and safe during a Power Yoga class. We will look specifically at how to adapt and modify your practice if your shoulders are injured or on the mend.
