Nov 21, 2020 to Nov 22, 2020

“Gray’s Reef Expo: Celebrating NOAA’s 50th anniversary” is November 21 & 22, 2020 on River Street in Savannah, Georgia. FREE to the public, this festival celebrates the 50th Anniversary of NOAA. While NASA explores space, NOAA explores the ocean, and celebrants will have the opportunity to learn about the wonders of the Atlantic Ocean right off the coast of Georgia, at Gray’s Reef National Marine Sanctuary! Gray’s Reef is the only protected natural reef on the Georgia coast! Learn more about the sharks, sea turtles, whales and fish found deep under water at the reef. Find out where the fish hangout for the best fishing and diving spots, experience cutting edge technology and robotics, touch live ocean creatures, immerse yourself in virtual reality – don’t let that shark get you! —and so much more! More than 20 demonstrations, exhibits, short films and maybe even a NOAA Ship will be at the Expo. Don't miss your chance to Dive into Gray's Reef! 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Saturday & Sunday, November 21 & 22, 2020.
