ZACH POWERS is a native of Savannah (plus a co-founder of Seersucker Live) and lives in Arlington, Virginia. His novel, FIRST COSMIC VELOCITY, is coming in August 2019 from Putnam/Penguin, and his debut story collection, GRAVITY CHANGES, won the BOA Short Fiction Prize. BEVERLY WILLETT has written for The New York Times, USA Today, The Washington Post, The New York Post, Family Circle, Woman’s Day, and many more. A former entertainment lawyer in New York City, she now lives in Savannah, Georgia, and serves on the boards of the homeless authority and the Flannery O’Connor Childhood Home. BRANDI BENSON is an American Writer, Speaker, Business Owner and Cancer Survivor. She is also the founder and CEO of Resume-Advantage, an employment service for both civilians and transitioning military veterans. Her debut memoir tells the touching story of her Ewing Sarcoma diagnosis during her deployment in Iraq in 2008. With a BA in Mass Communications and Journalism at Ashford University and a Master of Fine Arts in Writing at the Savannah College of Art and Design. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Education at Concordia University in Chicago. Brandi is dedicated to using her second chance at life to help fellow cancer survivors, participating weekly for the Livestrong cancer survivor program.
