After one and a half years of renovations, Mr. Richard C. Kessler has restored the Armstrong Mansion, a National Historic Landmark, to its original 1919 grandeur and which was unveiled earlier this year. On Saturday, Oct. 19, Mr. Kessler hosted a private cocktail reception at his residence, Armstrong Kessler Mansion, prior to the Historic Savannah Foundation gala, where he received the Historic Savannah Spirit Award, recognizing his restoration efforts.
