Dr. Carl Pearl

Dr. Carl Pearl

DR. CARL PEARL WITH SAVANNAH PLASTIC SURGERY IS CHANGING LIVES ONE PROCEDURE AT A TIME. As the youngest physician on staff and managing partner, Dr. Pearl understands the goals and desires of patients from different generations with unique needs. While he embraces the full spectrum of plastic and reconstructive surgery, he has a special interest in facelifts and cosmetic breast surgery. “Seeing a patient excited about the results after surgery is the best part of my job,” says Dr. Pearl.

“They help me understand their goal for how they want to look and we reach that goal together. Seeing someone look younger or how they always wanted to look brings a smile to my face every time.” Dr. Pearl treats his patients with a level of respect and care they deserve. He understands that when they undergo surgery, it’s their choice, not a necessity. Because of that, he forms lasting relationships with each patient. “My patients are trusting me to make them better when they are not broken. A patient choosing me creates a bond of trust that is incredibly special,” says Dr. Pearl.
