Dark Shark Taco Attack!
*As seen on page 148 of South's October/November DineSouth Issue
Sink your teeth into one of these modernized American tacos with a bite!
Think you can’t add blueberries to a taco? You’re wrong. Dark Shark throws in the unexpected in a way that makes each dish feel like nothing you’ve ever had before, because you haven’t. When you eat at Dark Shark, a world of possibilities opens up. Owners Brian Maher and Russell Butter started Dark Shark to take care of the often-neglected square pegs in Savannah. They proudly represent the misfits and the outcasts that make the area such a unique place to live. “We’re a little clean and a little messy in everything we do,” Maher said. Slinging tacos that ooze down to your elbows while you eat is just one of the things they do best at Dark Shark. But just like their customers, don’t try to put these square pegs in a round hole either. In addition to their tacos, they have unique sides like hummus hushpuppies drizzled with sweet curried honey. Dark Shark is the embodiment of the modern food truck. They can do everything a brick and mortar restaurant can, but they’ll do it better.
